i watched this episode when it first aired over 30 years ago and it is as wonderful today as it was then. Extremely funny with John Cleese at his very manic best. If you have never seen Fawlty Towers before, watch this episode and you will not be disappointed.

Without a doubt my number one favorite comedy series. Compare Volume One . And considering that it was made in the 70’s, it’s still totally watchable. Not dated at all. John Cleese is my hero. But then again it’s also criminal that the series ended so soon, so he’s a hero, but I’m mad at him.I must have watched each episode probably 20 times over the years and it STILL makes me laugh. This comedy is thoroughly genius. Phenomenal writing with acting to match. And personally, I think this is John Cleese’s greatest acting achievement. It’s a shame they only created 12 episodes. Nonetheless, certainly well worth your time!

Decent little case. Like most cases, it doesn’t hold a regular e-cig with the cartridge attached although it would probably be ok for one of the “shorty” type of batteries you see out there from time to time. Like all e-cig cases, it cannot hold the cartridges with the small rubber “condoms” in place. As the sellers tell us that these “condoms” are to keep the cartridges fresh, I wonder why none of the cases out there have taken this into account. Oh well. I didn’t expect that much for my $10.Manufacturers take note! Anyone would probably sell a lot of these cases if they just put a little bit of thought into the product during the design phase. Design one to hold a standard battery with the cartridge in place and extra cartridges with the “condoms” on. One more thing, make sure you make them in black as no man that I know wants to carry a case that looks like a piece of jewelry.

Even at this early time point in the history of Rush, the performance value and musicianship is top notch. The sound quality is surprisingly very good for a recording that has previously been floating around as a bootleg. The bonus tracks do not sound as good unfortunately. The majority of the disc is from a show from August 26, 1974, which is approximately 5 months after their debut album was released. Sections of the songs “Fancy Dancer” and “Garden Road” appear in the “Beyond The Lighted Stage” film, and since I heard them there, I had hoped to get a copy if this performance. An early, and much shorter version than we are used to of Neil Peart’s drum solo appears here as well (he had joined the band only weeks before this performance). The audience sections between the songs have been edited, to give the CD a tighter feel, but some of the edits are distracting. That’s my only real complaint about this release.
Bought this within a few days after seeing it posted on Amazon and ordered it from a vendor in the UK. Wish I had waited a bit longer as the prices have come way down. I’m not an expert when it comes to the technical aspects of recording music, sound quality etc. as reviewed by others, but as a big Rush fan who owns every studio, live and compilation album, I had to have this one and was not disapointed. Found myself cranking this one loud and loving that raw hard classic early Rush sound. Loved hearing Fancy Dancer and Garden Road for the first time as I believe these songs were never previously released. I can only speak for myself and I really like this ablbum!

Interestingly – while it took its time – this thing does seem to be doing exactlt what it says it will do – namely – making the hardness in water “non-sticky”. My shower heads look quite a bit cleaner, and yes we are noticing small while precipitate in the water, showing that the long deposited white ‘scaling’ on boiler and pipes is actually coming off.This seems to also have had a very positive effect on the dish washer. I dont get the whole scaling on glass anymore.So – if you have tested your water – and its hardness is in the range for this device (mine qualifies) – I will now very strongly recommend this to you.

It has a very nice applicator handle that fits the curve of your hand perfectly and that saves all the pressure on my fingers and actually the pads work 100% better than the cream cleaner I’d used for years. If you have hand problems as I do you’ll just love this product. It makes cleaning the solid surface stove top so much easier and cleans up EVERYTHING easier no real heavy scrubbing or extra cream needed to do the job! Hope they never quit making it. Glad to see I can get the refill pads here at Amazon.com. Might also mention that I reuse each pad approx 3 times before I ditch it….
